GO GAGA EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you absolutely Go Gaga over your order! But we know sometimes something just isn’t quite right.

We offer a 3-day exchange policy, meaning you have 3 days after your order is delivered to request an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at Hello@shopgogaga.com. If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning your item. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

DAMAGES + ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong thing, contact us right away so we can make it right.

FINAL SALE + EXCEPTIONS

Because of the nature of certain products, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry
  • Beauty, cosmetic and personal-care products
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked Final Sale

Sale and clearance merchandise is also final sale unless otherwise noted.

EXCHANGES + STORE CREDIT

Approved returns may be exchanged for another available item or issued as Go Gaga store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know when your exchange or store credit has been approved.

CANCELLATIONS

We work quickly to get orders on their way, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
