SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get your Gaga-worthy goodies to you as quickly as we can! Please remember that Go Gaga is a small business, and every order is packed with care. Orders are generally processed and shipped in the order they are received.

Need it for something special?
If you're ordering for an upcoming event, vacation, gift or special occasion, please leave us a note with your order. We’ll do our best to get your goodies to you in time, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard Shipping — $8
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days once your order has shipped.

FREE Standard Shipping — Orders $75+
Spend $75 or more and your standard shipping is on us. ✨

Express Shipping — $15
Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days once shipped. Express shipping speeds up the shipping method, and we’ll do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your shipping label has been created. Please allow 1–2 business days after receiving your tracking email for your package to be accepted by the carrier and for tracking information to begin updating.

Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our control.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If something arrives damaged, defective or simply isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos when applicable, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
